FullMileCargo

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 24, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Full Mile Cargo Service USA LLC (“FullMileCargo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information through FullMileCargo websites, shipment tools, and integrations.

2. Information we collect

  • Shipment and cargo information, including AWB, flight, consignee, weight, pieces, status, dates, fees, and PMC information.
  • Contact information, including names, business names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and addresses.
  • Account, authentication, permission, and activity information for authorized users.
  • Billing information such as selected charges, invoice identifiers, payment status, and transaction references. FullMileCargo does not receive or store complete card or bank-account credentials entered on an Intuit-hosted payment page.
  • Technical information reasonably needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide logistics and cargo services; search and manage shipments; calculate and collect charges; create invoices; reconcile payments; send operational communications; support users; prevent fraud; maintain security; comply with law; and enforce agreements.

4. QuickBooks and Intuit data

When an authorized administrator connects QuickBooks Online, we access and exchange only information needed for invoicing and payment reconciliation, such as company identifiers, customers, items, invoices, balances, and payment status. OAuth credentials are used to maintain the authorized connection and are not disclosed to customers or unrelated third parties. Intuit processes information under its own privacy statement.

5. How we share information

We may share information with Intuit and other service providers that help us deliver payments, hosting, security, communications, and business operations; with carriers, warehouses, customs participants, agents, and business partners involved in a shipment; when required by law; or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell QuickBooks data or disclose it for unrelated advertising.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain shipment, billing, invoice, and transaction records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain accounting and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. OAuth tokens are retained only while the QuickBooks connection remains authorized or as needed for secure revocation and audit handling. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it using reasonable procedures, subject to backups and legally required retention. You may request deletion or disconnection by contacting us; we will evaluate the request against applicable legal and operational obligations.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about our handling of your personal information by contacting us. Rights vary by location and may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. An authorized QuickBooks administrator may disconnect the integration through FullMileCargo or Intuit.

9. Children

The services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated when required.
