Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement

These Terms govern your access to the FullMileCargo website, shipment tools, payment features, and related services provided by Full Mile Cargo Service USA LLC (“FullMileCargo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the services, you agree to these Terms.

FullMileCargo provides logistics, cargo-management, shipment-status, fee-calculation, invoicing, and payment-related tools. Availability, estimates, shipment data, and service features may change. Separate transportation, warehousing, customs, or commercial agreements may also apply.

You must provide accurate information, protect any credentials issued to you, and use the services only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or misuse shipment, customer, or payment information.

Applicable handling, skid, storage, port, convenience, credit-card, PMC, and other charges are shown before payment when available. Payments may be processed through QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payments, services provided by Intuit. Intuit’s terms and privacy practices apply to its hosted payment experience. A payment is complete only after confirmation from the payment processor and our records.

Authorized administrators may connect FullMileCargo to a QuickBooks Online company. The integration creates and reads customers, invoices, payment status, and related accounting information only as needed for billing and reconciliation. QuickBooks is a service of Intuit Inc.; FullMileCargo is not Intuit and is not endorsed by Intuit.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and software for their intended business purpose. FullMileCargo and its licensors retain all rights in the software, design, content, trademarks, and related materials. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works except where law expressly permits.

The services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Cargo claims and transportation liability remain subject to applicable law and any governing service agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access for security risks, unlawful activity, nonpayment, violation of these Terms, or discontinuation of a service. You may stop using the services at any time and may request disconnection of the QuickBooks integration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply.
